How to use Extract pages

Open your PDF, click the thumbnails of the pages you need, and PDFVelora copies them into a new file. Keep them together in one PDF, in their original order, or save each page as its own PDF inside a ZIP. Your original document is not modified. Smaller files are handled in your browser without being uploaded; large or restricted PDFs are processed on our servers and deleted automatically afterwards.

  1. Upload your PDF

Drop the PDF on the page or choose it from your device.

  2. Select the pages

Click each page you want, or use Select all and then click the ones you don't need.

  3. Choose the result

Pick One PDF to keep the pages together, or One PDF per page to get them as separate files.

  4. Extract and download

Click Process and download the new PDF, or the ZIP of single-page PDFs.

Questions about Extract pages

What's the difference between extracting and splitting?

Extract pages is for picking a handful of pages by clicking them. Split PDF cuts the whole document into several files by page ranges or every few pages.

In what order are the extracted pages saved?

In the order they appear in the original document, whatever order you clicked them in. To change it afterwards, open the result in Reorder pages.

Can I extract just one page?

Yes. Click that page only and choose One PDF: you get a one-page PDF named after the original file.

Is extracting pages free?

Yes. Without an account you can run 3 tasks a day, and a free account gives you 5. Pro and Business plans have no daily limit.

Are my files uploaded?

Smaller files are processed in your browser and never leave your device. Large files, and PDFs your browser can't edit, are encrypted in transit, processed on our servers and deleted automatically: after 2 hours for visitors and 24 hours for account holders, unless you save them to My documents.
